David & Elizabeth Fetzer

Owners

David & Elizabeth have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. In 2008, we expanded and transitioned our humble in-home daycare to TLC's larger facility location. Early Childhood Education continue to be a passion for us. We are constantly working to improve our educational program. We enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, hiking, and anything that gets us outdoors. We now live in Emmett after building our dream home in 2019.

Krystal
McFarlane

Director

Miss Krystal has been a Director in Early Childhood Education in the Treasure Valley since 2008. She is an IdahoAEYC board member and active advocate for Early Childhood Education. She lives in South Nampa with her 2 amazing sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. She also enjoys photography and watching crime or history based dramas.

Amillea
Eccles

Assistant Director

Miss Amillea started working in child care in April of 2021. She began as a School Age teacher while she was still in high school. She has worked in every position and worked her way up to management in 2022. She was born in Michigan but has been In Idaho since 2012. She lives with her fiance, her dog Mia and cat Cheech.

Liz
Sanchez

Assistant Director & Nutrition Specialist

Miss Liz has been a part of the TLC family since 2015. She currently lives in Nampa, with her husband of 11 years and their 4 daughters. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with them and watch/play soccer.
