David & Elizabeth Fetzer

Owners

David & Elizabeth have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. In 2008, they expanded and transitioned their humble in-home daycare to TLC's larger facility location. Early Childhood Education continues to be a passion for them. They enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, hiking, and anything that gets them outdoors. They now live in Emmett after building our dream home in 2019.   

Krystal
​McFarlane

Director

​Miss Krystal has been a Director in Early Childhood Education in the Treasure Valley since 2008. She is an IdahoAEYC board member and active advocate for Early Childhood Education. She lives in South Nampa with her boyfriend and their 3 boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. She also enjoys photography and watching crime or history based dramas.

Amillea
Eccles

Assistant Director

Miss Amillea started working in child care in April of 2021. She began as a School Age teacher while she was still in high school. She has worked in every position and worked her way up to management in 2022. She was born in Michigan but has been In Idaho since 2012. She lives with her fiance, her dog Mia and cat Cheech. 

Yobana
Mora-Zapien

Miss Yobana has been a part of the TLC family since 2015. She was born in Riverside, CA and raised here in Nampa, ID. Yobana enjoys being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her family. She is a rockstar teacher at all age levels and is now our Nutrition Specialist.
