David & Elizabeth Fetzer

Owners

David & Elizabeth have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. In 2008, they expanded and transitioned their humble in-home daycare to TLC's larger facility location. Early Childhood Education continues to be a passion for them. They enjoy traveling, hunting, fishing, hiking, and anything that gets them outdoors. They now live in Emmett after building our dream home in 2019.

Director

​Miss Krystal has been a Director in Early Childhood Education in the Treasure Valley since 2008. She is an IdahoAEYC board member and active advocate for Early Childhood Education. She lives in South Nampa with her boyfriend and their 3 boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially outdoors. She also enjoys photography and watching crime or history based dramas.

Angi Stenulson

Assistant Director

Hi, I'm Angi and I have been in the early childhood education field since 2007. I hold a CDA and am very passionate about early learning. When I'm not working, I enjoy hanging out with my family and boyfriend. I have a munchkin cat that will always make sure I'm up bright and early. I also love crafting.

Yobana
Mora-Zapien

Miss Yobana has been a part of the TLC family since 2015. She was born in Riverside, CA and raised here in Nampa, ID. Yobana enjoys being outdoors, baking, and spending time with her family. She is a rockstar teacher at all age levels and is now our Nutrition Specialist.
