Walk-in interviews are available from 10:30 am - 12:30pm and 3:00pm - 7pm.
These times are set to accommodate nap time when several classes are closed for the children to rest.

Step #2: Once you make the decision to become apart of the TLC family, it is time to fulfill the enrollment checklist. For your convenience I have included all of the essential forms below to get you started on the process. Simply fill all of them out, print them out and bring them with you. Be sure to visit the Policy Handbook section to complete the Acknowledgment Form. This will simplify the process and save you time!

Vacation Request
ALL vacation requests must be in writing. There is an official vacation request form that will need to be completed and submitted to management for approval.
"When I take vacation, I will let management know one month in advance (in writing) so that billing adjustments can be made. As long as it is agreed upon in advance, I will not be charged for these days. If it is not possible to give notice in such time, I will let management as soon as possible and the adjustments will be made at their discretion".
